General Description:
This is a key position on the Paitson Bros. TEAM. He is the Operating Managers right
hand man regarding the technical execution of all responsibilities within the service
department
Specific Responsibilities:
Training of all other servicemen.
Perform service as do other servicemen.
Recommend to the General Manager the hiring, firing, laying off
of specific servicemen.
Recommend to the General Manager testing equipment that we
should have.
Always be on the lookout for qualified servicemen we can hire.
Participate in the interviewing of prospective servicemen.
Recommend to the General Manager training seminars that you and
or other servicemen should attend to further and refresh their knowledge of service
techniques.
Recommend to the General Manager tools or equipment that we
should have.
Promote Planned Service Agreements
You are responsible for seeing that after hour calls are
responded to in a prompt manner. If the man on call is unable to handle the call (for
whatever reason), then you will see to it that the customer is taken care of.
Set a positive example of being a professional. The
publics opinion of our company is influenced by your contact with them. Be
professional, act professional, look professional. You are a Paitson Pro - part of the
