Customer Service Rep

You are responsible for being sure that our customers receive the highest level of service exceeding their expectations. There should be no reason that our customers are unsatisfied. It is your job to see that they are satisfied. You will handle all complaints to the satisfaction of the customer. If we have don’t have satisfied customers, we have no business!

You will at random call our customers that have just done business with us to determine their level of satisfaction. In addition you will send out a satisfaction survey to all installations and a sample of service calls on an ongoing basis. Any surveys returned with unfavorable results will prompt a phone call from you to the customer to rectify the situation to their satisfaction. Any customer who can’t be satisfied needs to have the information review by the manager and the manager will call the customer.

As a part of your customer satisfaction activities you will continually promote our Planned Service maintenance agreements. You will solicit new agreements from service calls and our customers who have equipment coming out of the 1 year warranty period and manage and send out the renewal notices for the existing agreements that we have.
