I have to tell you that we recently built a new home in Terre Haute in 2007.  I called the company that installed our heating and cooling system, and asked them if they had anyone to check out the motor for me.  They said if I brought it in, they would check it out sometime in the next week or so, and the minimum charge would be $75.00 to $100.00 because I wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible.  I called another company here in town and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out for me for $ 85.00

It was then that I remembered your TV ad that announced that Ed was joining your organization.  When I acquired this furnace about three years ago, Ed helped me out with a new control valve and a roof vent assembly, and was very helpful with instructions.  So, I decided to call your company and talk to him about my problem.  The rest is history.

When I called on Thursday, your office Gal told me the blower motor was repaired and ready for pick up.  When I got there and asked her what the charges were, she told me “no Charge”.  The repairs were made and the motor was now working ok.  I expected to pay for the service, and I want you to know how much I appreciate the fine service.

The other thing I want to say is that you made a great decision when you added Ed to your staff.  After the dealing I had with him before, he is the kind of person I would like on my team.

We are a fairly new company in Terre Haute, and I can assure you that anyone who asks our advice on a heating and air conditioning contractor, rest assured that your company will be highly recommended.

The Purpose of this letter is to brag on a couple of your employees.  This past week-end, Sunday, March 3rd, we had furnace trouble at a home we own in Terre Haute.  We live an hour away but had driven up because of the problem.  From the time we first called Paitson’s, I know it was less than 30 minutes when Joe (big Joe) arrived.  We’ve had him before and he’s a heck of a nice guy.

Before we left town, Joe arranged for Bob Kehrt to come to our house and talk to us in the event that we needed to get a new furnace, We appreciated Joe thinking of this, and thought it was awfully nice of Bob to come on a Sunday to convenience us.  Ultimately, we didn’t need a new furnace, but that doesn’t lessen our gratitude any.  Bob was a very nice man, and we liked the way he conducted business.

Joe even came back on Monday to check things over again, and then put a new part in for us yesterday.

I can honestly say that from the time we originally staRted doing business with Paitson’s, which was Christmas 2000 I believe, the service has been excellent.  I’m a person that requires quite a bit from myself, and tend to measure the performance of others by a fairly strict standard as well, so if I think service is excellent, it is!

People who deal with the public are probably used to complaints, so I thought maybe you’d like some positive feedback.  You have some really good people representing Paitson’s.
